How are you going to start the New Year 2017?
are you making resolutions? I believe in making small changes gradually so you can keep the new healthy habit
For example Start with one resolution ( 10 min meditation first thing in the morning for 30 days)and stick to that only and when that healthy habit is a routine you add a new healthy habit on the 1st of February( warm water with fresh organic lemon juice every morning before breakfast for the month of February)
